Senior Recruitment Executive (Oil & Gas)

Job Description: As a Senior Recruitment Executive in the Oil & Gas industry located in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to handle end-to-end recruitment for sectors such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, and Engineering. This will involve sourcing candidates through various channels including portals, references, networking, and headhunting. You will be required to manage both bulk and niche hiring for overseas projects while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, and Engineering sectors. - Source candidates through portals, references, networking, and headhunting. - Manage bulk and niche hiring for overseas projects. - Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy or manpower agency (not corporate HR). - Strong knowledge of overseas hiring processes and compliance. - Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
