• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients across various industries. • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases. • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up regularly. • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. • Work closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. •Prepare job descriptions and postings as needed. • Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases accurately and consistently.
