Senior Recruiter – Domestic IT

If you are a seasoned IT recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment and loves closing niche tech roles, this opportunity is for you.

Work Location (Onsite Only):

AK-1/6 (Ground Floor), Abhay Khand-1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

(Near St. Francis School)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 2 Saturdays working, 2 Saturdays off (not alternate)

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-end hiring for domestic IT roles

• Source, screen, and close mid–senior technical positions

• Build strong pipelines for niche skills

• Partner with delivery teams to meet hiring targets

• Drive offers, negotiations, and onboarding

What You Bring:

• 4–7 years of Domestic IT recruitment experience

• Strong sourcing across Java, .NET, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Proven ability to work to targets and close critical positions

• Willingness to work fully onsite
