Job Description

### Key Responsibilities

* Greet visitors, answer/screen phone calls, and route messages appropriately.

* Manage appointment booking, meeting room scheduling, guest registration.

* Maintain the reception area: cleanliness, presentation, supplies, visitor badges.

* Oversee / mentor junior reception or front desk staff; set standards & procedures.

* Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services.

* Assist with general clerical and office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, records).

* Escalate complaints or issues, ensure problems at front desk are resolved.

* Ensure security protocols (visitor logs, access badges, safety procedures) are followed.

* Maintain and update information materials: directories, bulletin boards, signs.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience as receptionist or front office role.

* Strong communication (verbal + written), interpersonal skills.

* Good organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Basic computer skills: MS Office, phone systems, scheduling tools.

* Reliability, punctuality, ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
