Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst

As a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst at CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO) in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Services Team, focusing on Data Management and Lease Administration activities. Your role will involve collaborating with global teams and ensuring the accurate management of lease and property documentation. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming Client work demands, initiating the abstraction process of lease/property documentation, maintaining the Client's database, preparing lease admin reports, and providing daily support for lease admin queries. Additionally, you will cooperate with team members across different departments and adhere to internal and external audit requirements. To excel in this role, you must have professional experience in Lease Administration, Database Management, or Real Estate maintenance. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, along with strong analytical skills and a commitment to quality. Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM would be advantageous, and familiarity with MS Office tools is required. You should also demonstrate an interest in the analysis of legal documentation and possess the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
