Senior Real Estate Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Real Estate Consultant located in Mumbai. The Senior Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales, providing consultancy to clients, negotiating deals, and conducting property market research. Daily tasks will also include client relationship management, training junior consultants, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional and timely services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training and developing junior staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions confidently and independently
• Proficiency in market analysis and research
• Holds a relevant degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
