Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end development with extensive experience building high-performance web applications using React.js. As a senior team member, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable UI components, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
• Lead the architecture and technical design of complex web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive front-end code.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices and standards.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks and make recommendations for adoption.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work with DevOps teams to integrate front-end code into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Experience with front-end build tools and modern JavaScript workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), SEO principles, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
