Senior React Deveveoper

Job Title: Senior React Developer

Texol is looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to lead the development of cutting‑edge web applications. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions using React and modern JavaScript ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop complex React.js applications with clean, reusable code.

- Design and implement efficient state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).

- Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive interfaces.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high quality.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data flows.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.

- Stay updated with latest React and front‑end technologies & best practices.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional experience in React development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).

- Knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and web performance optimization.

- Familiarity with modern tooling: Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and version control (Git).

- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

- Good communication skills and experience mentoring team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
