Senior RC-Process and Controls SOX

As an EY Consulting SOX Senior, you will play a critical role in working with clients to develop unique solutions tailored to their individual engagements. By collaborating with performance improvement professionals and leveraging emerging technologies, such as Robotics, AI, and Advanced Analytics, you will help major global clients transform and sustain business performance. In this client-facing role, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, including management executives of globally recognized brands. Your responsibilities will include managing SOX engagements, conducting process discussions and walkthroughs, preparing process flows and risk & control matrices, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements to the client's control framework. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, participate in business development initiatives, and support innovation efforts within the practice. To excel in this role, you must have more than 1 year (for CAs) or 3 years (for others) of experience in risks & controls, with a strong understanding of SOX and COSO framework. A CIA certification is preferred, along with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You should be analytical, organized, and have a strong academic background in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
