Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Noida. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning project costs, and preparing cost reports. The role also involves working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction/ Infra industry is preferred
