Join us.Responsibiities:Lead and oversee Quaity Assurance activities for Midde East project deiverabesDeveop and impement quaity assurance poicies, procedures, and standardsConduct reguar audits and inspections to ensure compiance with quaity standardsAnayze quaity data and prepare comprehensive reports for managementCoaborate with cross-functiona teams to identify and resove quaity issuesTrain and mentor junior QA team members on best practices and methodoogiesEvauate and improve existing QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessManage reationships with externa stakehoders, incuding cients and reguatory bodiesStay updated on industry trends and reguatory requirements in the Midde East regionParticipate in project panning and risk assessment activitiesCoordinate with project managers to ensure quaity objectives are met within timeinesInvestigate customer compaints and non-conformance issuesDeveop and maintain quaity management documentationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Quaifications
Quaifications:Minimum :Bacheor's degree in Engineering, Quaity Management, or reated fied5+ years of industry experience in Quaity Assurance, with at east 2 years in a senior roeProven track record of eading QA activities for arge-scae projects, preferaby in the Midde East regionIn-depth knowedge of quaity management systems, standards, and methodoogies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)Strong understanding of reguatory requirements and industry standards appicabe to the Midde EastExceent anaytica and probem-soving skis with attention to detaiOutstanding communication and interpersona skis, with the abiity to work effectivey across a eves of the organizationProficiency in quaity management software and data anaysis toosDemonstrated abiity to deveop and impement quaity assurance poicies and proceduresExperience in conducting quaity audits and preparing comprehensive reports
Preferred Quaifications:Master's degree in Quaity Management or reated fiedProfessiona certifications such as Certified Quaity Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quaity/Organizationa Exceence (CMQ/OE)Fuency in Arabic and EngishExperience working in a mutinationa or cross-cutura environmentKnowedge of project management principes and methodoogiesFamiiarity with continuous improvement techniques and ean management practices
