Role Overview: As a successful Tech Lead, Quality Assurance Engineer at Fiserv, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality financial services technology. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases to guarantee the quality and performance of Fiserv products. - Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to streamline testing processes. - Collaborate with software developers and product managers to identify test requirements, design test strategies, and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Conduct thorough regression testing post-bug resolution to maintain product quality. - Monitor testing processes to ensure timely software releases of high quality. - Document and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve them promptly. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance testing practices. Qualifications Required: - BE, BTech, or MCA degree, or equivalent military experience. - 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. - 6+ years of experience in automated testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar. - 8+ years of experience with various testing methodologies and types (functional, non-functional, regression, etc.). - 6+ years of experience in .Net programming language and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript. Additional Details: It would be great to have: - 7+ years of experience in performance and load testing using tools like Selenium. - 6+ years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or Travis CI. - 6+ years of experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. - 6+ years of experience with version control systems like Git. - ISTQB Certification in the relevant domain.,
