1. Analyst will not work on projects, but monitor all the projects independently and help project teams as & when required.
a. Ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood & documented.
b. Ensure all inputs required are available
c. Ensure availability of appropriate Guidelines, Checklists, and Templates etc.
d. Ensure availability of Work flows, Communication plans
a. Ensure checking process compliance by reviewing INPUT to OUTPUT cycle.
b. Undertake spot checking of various engineering deliverables from technical stand point & share observations with the team.
c. Review & Analyze comments from customer for changes / errors. Update guidelines / checklist as appropriate.
d. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions between project teams
e. Ensure Interdisciplinary checking (IDC) is effectively carried out within engineering disciplines in IPP
