Senior QA Tester (ETL Testing)

As a highly skilled Sr. QA Engineer (ETL) at SpectraMedix, your role will involve extensive experience in database testing, ETL validation, and test data management. Your expertise in writing and automating complex SQL scripts, ensuring data accuracy across platforms, and optimizing query performance will be crucial for success. Collaboration with business, product, and data platform teams to validate backend data processes and support seamless product development is essential. Your ability to mentor teams, handle large data volumes, and streamline QA automation will be key to excelling in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand ETL Source to Target Mapping Document and create QA documents and artifacts accordingly. - Create test data based on new features/data platform upgrades and Business Rules. - Mentor the QA team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create test scripts. - Develop ETL, DB validation, and other QA scripts offshore, ensuring execution and reports are shared with business leads. - Automate existing and new SQL scripts developed during the product lifecycle. - Develop and maintain automated ETL test scripts to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency. - Test data and portals in Production and UAT environments. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 years of experience in QA/ETL. - Minimum 6 years of experience in Test Data Management and Database testing. - Strong expertise in creating and automating complex SQL queries, advanced SQL concepts, and query optimizations. - Design, create, and execute test cases for ETL processes, covering data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Experience in validating data reconciliation scripts for volume data validation in ETL and Data integration testing. - Proficiency in handling large volumes of data. - Familiarity with version control tools. - Good to have experience in US healthcare and Databricks. - Exposure to any AI/Automation tools is a plus. **Additional Company Details:** SpectraMedix is a company that values working with US-based clients in an on-site/offshore delivery model.
