About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Python Django Team Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, architect solutions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products.

Technical Expertise:

· minimum 2- 5 years of experience in Django development

· Proficiency in core Django Framework and RESTful APIs.

· Experience with front-end technologies like Angular/React (optional but preferred).

· Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.

· Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and software architecture patterns
✅ Leadership: Proven experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
✅ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
✅ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
