Role & responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications and automation frameworks.
Build and execute Selenium automation scripts for web applications.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas/solutions for technical challenges.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and work closely with DevOps teams for automated deployments.
Manage containers using Docker and assist in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.
Ensure automation coverage, maintain test plans, and contribute to overall product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

69 years of hands-on experience
in Python development.
Strong expertise in
Selenium automation
and web testing frameworks.
Experience with
Git
,
Docker
, and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Working knowledge of
AWS and/or Azure
cloud services.
Exposure to
Kubernetes
, microservices, and container orchestration is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Python package management tools (
pip, Poetry, uv
).
Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Experience with JavaScript, GitHub Actions, or prompt engineering is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
