About the Role

We are hiring Senior Python Developers for two specialized tracks. Both roles require strong Python expertise, scalable coding practices, API integration experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Core Python skills are common

Common Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, scalable Python applications.
  • Build & integrate REST APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Data, UI/UX).
  • Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain code quality.
  • Work with large datasets and follow best practices in SDLC, version control, and documentation.

Location-Specific Requirements

Pune (Automation + RPA Track WFO | US Shift)

CTC:

  • Strong experience in

    Python automation scripting

    .
  • Hands-on with

    UiPath / RPA tools

    .
  • Knowledge of Pandas, Selenium, Requests, BeautifulSoup, OpenPyXL etc.
  • Building automation workflows, triggers, logging, exception handling.
  • Experience integrating Python with business applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud, Docker & CI/CD is a plus.

Noida (NLP + AI Track – WFO | Day Shift)

CTC:

  • Strong background in

    NLP frameworks

    : spaCy, NLTK, Gensim.
  • Hands-on with

    TensorFlow, PyTorch

    , ML model development.
  • Experience building Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, NER, Sentiment Analysis.
  • Deploying ML models on

    AWS / GCP / Azure

    .
  • Conversational AI or big data exposure is a plus.
