We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Python Developer to join our high-performing engineering team. As a strategic thinker and hands-on coder, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will mentor junior developers, write clean and maintainable code, and architect microservices-based systems with a focus on modularity and fault tolerance. Troubleshooting complex issues, championing automated testing, and staying abreast of the latest advancements in backend technologies are key aspects of this role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-8 years of professional experience in backend development using Python. - Expertise in Python frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Strong experience in RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices architectures. - Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka and integrating third-party APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication, and ability to lead technical discussions. Skills: - Leading technical discussions, making architectural decisions, and aligning solutions with business goals. - Debugging and analytical skills. - Familiarity with testing frameworks, GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven systems is a plus.
