Senior Python Developer

As a Senior Python Developer at Auxiliobits, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing AI-driven applications that revolutionize how enterprises operate. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying applications and microservices in Python for AI and automation solutions. - Integrating and optimizing LLMs, NLP, and ML models to address real-world use cases. - Working on Agentic AI frameworks to create digital agents capable of autonomous reasoning, learning, and task execution. In addition to AI-focused development, you will be responsible for backend and API engineering tasks such as: - Building robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless integration of systems and AI models. - Ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of backend services. - Implementing asynchronous workflows, messaging queues, and real-time data processing. Your role will also involve contributing to system architecture decisions, enforcing clean coding standards, and mentoring junior developers. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, front-end developers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs while ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA in healthcare. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 5 years of Python development experience with a strong focus on backend and API development. - Proven experience in AI/ML projects, particularly integrating LLMs from various platforms. - Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask. - Strong knowledge of data processing pipelines, ETL, and handling large-scale datasets. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching systems (Redis, ElasticSearch). - Understanding of Agentic AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on scalability and code quality.
