Senior Purchase Executive Requirements: • No. of Position: 1 (Male/Female) • Education: Graduation/Masters (in procurement or relevant field) • Experience: Min. 3 Years (Exp in Manufacturing Company Purchase specifically) • Salary: No Bar (depends on experience & interview) Job Description: • Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost- effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry. • Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors. • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility. • Approve purchase orders and organize and confirm delivery of goods and services. • Conduct market research to keep knowledge of the trends and new developments in the industry. • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company. • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures regarding procurement. • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar role. • Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
