Possess in-depth knowledge of construction materials like civil bulk materials and MEP items such as cement, aggregates, steel, and sand.
Prepare cost and technical comparison sheets to evaluate supplier quotations and recommend the most suitable vendors.
Identify and develop new vendors while maintaining strong negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Oversee material delivery expediting and manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Prepare and process payment approvals, including supplier certificates, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) follow-ups, and advance payments.
Work efficiently within ERP systems for procurement and material management.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive in the Construction field, preferably with experience in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and expertise in procurement processes.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in construction material procurement and vendor management.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with ERP systems and P2P processes.
