Job Description

Post Graduate from a recognized and reputed university/institution with 3 years of relevant experience OR Graduate from a recognized and reputed university with 4 years of relevant experience. Post Graduate shall include besides Masters degree in any discipline; the degrees in any of the professional disciplines such as MBBS, Degree in Engineering or Technology or Law or Chartered Accountant or PG Diploma (one/two years) from a recognized and reputed institute/ university. Role and Responsibilities - Assist Administrative Secretaries and Deputy Commissioners in preparing reform agendas, including research on national and global good governance practices. Research and develop specific proposals in key governance areas. Collaborate with departmental officers to implement reforms and integrate best practices. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of reform initiatives. Support documentation of departmental or district-level initiatives.
