Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, solid technical skills, and a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly web experiences. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing websites that are responsive, intuitive, and aligned with our brand identity and user needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma. Design visual assets and UI elements with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and accessibility. Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive web projects. Maintain and update existing websites to ensure content and design remain current. Conduct user research and implement user feedback into design iterations. Stay updated on current design trends and web technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design. Ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly web interfaces. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Portfolio of previous web design projects required.
