Senior Public Relation Account Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior PR Executive at PitchOne PR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing media relations, team management, work reporting, documentation review, business expansion, client management, and performance tracking. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with various media houses, supervising and guiding the PR team, creating work status reports, reviewing PR-related documents, contributing to business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring client deliverables are met to maintain high satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses to ensure effective PR coverage. - Supervise and guide the PR team for timely delivery of tasks. - Create and monitor work status reports, track team attendance, and ensure timely submission of reports. - Oversee and review PR-related documents such as plans of action, pitch notes, and client meeting reports. - Contribute to business growth by identifying and converting new leads. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and fulfillment of PR mandates. - Ensure all client deliverables are met and maintain high client and employee retention rates. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in an agency setting. - Graduation or Post-graduation in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. - Strong media relations skills and ability to manage media outreach effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle multiple clients simultaneously.,
