Senior Project Owner (Accounting Division)

As a Senior Project Owner (SPO) in the Accounting Division at ARDEM Data Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex finance and accounting (F&A) outsourcing projects for high-value clients. Your responsibilities will be divided into three core areas: - **Project Leadership & Delivery**: - Oversee multiple F&A outsourcing projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations. - Design detailed workflow processes and work instructions for the delivery team. - Implement Quality Assurance (QA) and auditing processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards. - **Team Management & Mentorship**: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Process Associates, providing guidance and feedback. - Optimize resource allocation across projects for maximum efficiency. - **Solutions Design & Sales Support**: - Act as the primary Accounting and Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the sales team. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. - Develop proposals and presentations to articulate the value proposition to clients. **Qualifications**: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field. - Experience: 10+ years in project management, client account management, and extensive knowledge of accounting principles. - Core Competencies: Financial Acumen, Consultative Sales Support, Project Management Skills, Communication, Problem-Solving.
