Role & responsibilities Job description Skill: Technical Project/Senior Manager Total Experience- +13-22 years Job Location Hyderabad,Bangalore,Chennai,Coimbatore Must Have Skills : Java/.NET 1. Architecture 2. Agile Process 3. Project initiation, reporting etc., (E2E Project Managements, Project Started from scratch, Team creating from 1 to many) 4. Engineering Practices Product Development (E2E or started in between) 3.Engineering Practices: a.Understand of technical architecture (Hands on not needed for PM, Understanding of various components and what is their purpose) b.Understanding of ENG/coding best practices (Along with tools they have used on their projects) c.Understanding of CI/CD (Assess on sandbox strategy, CI CD approach and design) d.Understanding of Test Automation 4.People Management: a.Good People Management skills b.Good Client communication and Negotiation skills Extensive history working with Insurance Carriers or Brokers in designing ecosystems around core systems of Policy, Claims and Billing Highly skilled in major technologies and frameworks Expert in ISV space and package implementations (ideally one or more of EIS, Guidewire, Duckcreek, Majesco etc.) Strong understanding of solutions designed and developed for large cloud computing infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Comfortable working in client-driven large-scale implementation projects Hands-on experience with technical team leadership and team management in an Agile environment Familiar with application design, development, and maintenance Knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, process flows, data flows, traceability matrices, modeling, and testing strategies Have experience in people management Have experience in setting up and building an Insurance SI Practice If you are interested or want to apply for above mentioned requirement, please share your details with any reference of any friends or colleagues interested in the same openings.
