Senior Project Manager/Producer - Digital (studio)

As a Project Manager at Edelman Digital, your role involves leading, documenting, and managing all assigned content production projects from start to finish. You will ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule, budget, and quality standards. Your responsibilities include: - Receiving project briefs, translating them into Studio briefs, creating project quotes, and timelines. - Maintaining open communication channels for creative conversations, recommendations, and feedback. - Keeping all Edelman teams informed about project status, ETAs, and conducting level setting before meetings. - Ensuring thoroughness, precision, and error-free project delivery. - Monitoring project spending vs budget hours and providing constant updates on resource allocation. - Promoting agility, innovation, and quality in deliverables while adhering to timelines. - Managing Studio team workflow and deliverables. - Handling sensitive data with confidentiality and maintaining good relationships with colleagues. - Staying updated on industry trends, platforms, and formats for daily use. - Analyzing projects critically to identify opportunities for operational improvements. - Supporting workflow, quality assurance, and archiving of final assets. Key skills required for this role include: - Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Producer/Project Manager in advertising agencies, production, or post-production houses. - Proficiency in production project management, post-production project management, and offline and online post-production workflows. - Experience working in digital/creative agencies, preferably in large organizations. - Self-sufficiency and a solid understanding of the Project Lifecycle. - Ability to set meeting agendas, take comprehensive notes, and track/manage actions effectively. - Strong organization and planning skills. - Additional knowledge in content creation (social media) and interest in cool hunting is a plus.,
