Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure adherence to project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different project stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate project reports, status updates, and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Assist in the development of project-related policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and various internal departments.
  • Support effective communication between project managers, team members, and external partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring prompt follow-up on action items.
  • Recognize and communicate potential risks, challenges, and opportunities to project managers.
  • Quality Control and Risk Management:
  • Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet GCC's standards.
  • Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts and propose efficient solutions to overcome project challenges.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns that may impact project performance or timeline.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (1-3 years) in project coordination or relevant roles within a dynamic organizational setting.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Formal certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
