Senior Project Manager - Works Management

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager in Works Management, your main responsibility will be to oversee the integration of a tool with SAP system for the maintenance department. This will involve the Feasibility phase, including conducting a tender to select the solution vendor, creating a proof of concept for the tool, developing a Project Execution plan, and preparing the Business case. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Mobility Work Management project, ensuring successful integration of the tool with the SAP system - Conduct a tender process to select the solution vendor - Develop a proof of concept for the tool - Create a Project Execution plan - Prepare the Business case for the project - Oversee Work Planning and Scheduling activities related to the integration project Qualifications Required: - Tertiary qualification in a relevant field - Project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMBOK is highly preferable - Experience in a variety of project delivery methods including Agile and Waterfall - Proficiency in project, cost, and scheduling management applications Additional Details: The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in Works Management and mobility solutions, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in information technology, operational technology, or digital solutions. You should possess excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the business, along with sharp business acumen to develop and manage budgets and schedules effectively.
