Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and upgrade projects (Finance, SCM, HCM, CX, etc.)
  
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, and client stakeholders globally.
  
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards and adherence to Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile frameworks.
  
• Act as a single point of contact for client leadership and internal management for project governance and status reporting.
  
• Drive project planning, execution, cutover, and post go-live support phases effectively.
  
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and Oracle quality standards.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively; resolve issues impacting delivery.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud project management.
  
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance/SCM/HCM) implementations across global clients.
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules and their integration touchpoints.
  
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Experience in handling onshore-offshore delivery models.
  
• Willingness to work across time zones and travel globally as needed.
