Inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Manager ,Microsoft Power Automate

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Implementation Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, and a passion for building Agentic AI agents, human-in-the-loop agentic solutions that drive interactions between copilot studio agent and Power automate bots

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Design and develop Agentic AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, Azure ML services ).

• 
  

  Build and orchestrate complex workflows using Power Automate, integrating AI agents, business rules, and APIs.

• 
  

  Design custom canvas apps using Power Apps to support dynamic user interaction in agentic workflows.

• 
  

  Build dashboards and telemetry monitoring in Power BI to track agent performance, exceptions, and KPIs.

• 
  

  Work closely with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agent solutions.

• 
  

  Integrate and deploy AI agents with Azure AI Foundry capabilities including prompt orchestration, memory, context management, and tool access.

• 
  

  Support CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines and adhere to ALM best practices.

• 
  

  Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable, and responsible AI implementation aligned with enterprise architecture.

Other Requirements:

• 
  

  Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Power Apps, Power BI.

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with POC&rsquos being driven experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• 
  

  Familiarity with LLM orchestration with Azure AI Foundry).

• 
  

  Experience integrating external APIs, Dataverse, SharePoint, and third-party tools.

• 
  

  Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• 
  

  Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.

• 
  

  Experience with AI agent development frameworks using copilot studio for agent-based orchestration.

• 
  

  Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and ethical AI practices.
