Senior Project Manager - Interiors

As a Senior Project Manager for commercial interior projects, your role will involve overseeing the overall construction and timely completion of assigned projects. You must engage with design professionals, consultants, and clients while effectively directing Site Supervisors, Estimators, and construction personnel to ensure work is executed according to schedule and budget. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying work front, determining labor requirements, and managing a team of 3-4 Site Supervisors for timely project execution and quality assurance. - Collaborating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, addressing their concerns, and taking necessary actions. - Managing day-to-day operations on site to ensure successful project completion within set time, budget, and quality parameters. - Ensuring availability of adequate labor and subcontractor resources on site as per the agreed agency list. - Requisitioning materials, overseeing deliveries in line with construction program, and procurement schedule. - Managing unforeseen delays and liaising with Contracts Manager/BU Head as needed. - Organizing site facilities and logistics efficiently, ensuring equipment is operated by trained staff. - Upholding workmanship and material standards in compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality norms. - Coordinating with procurement team, ensuring adherence to operational standards. - Maintaining regular and meticulous documentation for management and clients. - Reviewing project plans, specifications, and building design schedules for cost-saving measures and construction problem-solving. - Assisting in project budget preparation and general conditions budgeting.
