Senior Project Manager - Interiors

Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in Civil & Interior field, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management for civil and interior projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
