Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

Having well convergent with PID/MDS/ drawings/layouts/line and their testing.
Having knowledge of project activities and pre commissioning/ commissioning activities of chemical plant.
Having hands on knowledge of
chemical process equipment operation
and their maintenance.
Should have good knowledge of operation of cooling towers/CHWR/CHBR plant/ Compressors/reactor/Pump/HE/Tank/Column Plant.
Preparation of different checklists (installation/water levelling/ alignment/ no load trials/final trails) for pre-commissioning/commissioning and testing activities of chemical process plant equipment.
Preparation of commissioning reports of equipment.
Having knowledge of breakdown analysis and RCA breakdown and corrective actions.
Preparation of master schedule of commissioning activities/start up with close co-ordination with project lead.
Training to new joined maintenance staff.
