Role Overview

Senior Project Manager – CSR

1. Infrastructure and Academic Support in Government Schools

   – Enhancing learning environments and opportunities for children.

2. Community Public Infrastructure

   – Developing better community spaces and strengthening civic engagement.

3. Nurturing Talent

   – Supporting promising individuals through financial aid for education, nutrition, and personal development.

This role involves strategic planning, cross-sector collaboration, team leadership, and hands-on project management in South Bengaluru and Bhatkal, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor

  education and community development projects in South Bengaluru and Bhatkal.

• Collaborate

  with government schools, local communities, authorities, and partner organizations to ensure participatory and sustainable interventions.

• Manage budgets

  and ensure effective and

  transparent utilization of funds

  .

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team

  of staff and volunteers.

• `Report writing, proposal development, and fundraising efforts

  .
• Track project outcomes using robust

  monitoring and evaluation frameworks

  .

• Build and maintain partnerships

  with government bodies, NGOs and other stakeholders.

• Collect and analyze project data

  to inform decision-making and improve impact.
• Oversee

  social media presence, branding, and communication strategies

  to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in the non-profit or education sector, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Proven experience managing projects in collaboration with government departments, schools, and other institutional stakeholders.
• Prior experience working directly with children and under-resourced communities is a strong plus.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (both written and spoken).
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects with ownership.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across

  South Bengaluru and Bhatkal

• Must own a

  2-wheeler or 4-wheeler

  for independent travel to field locations.
