Senior Project Manager - BI Reporting Transformation

As a Senior Project Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading high-impact transformation initiatives in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, self-accountability, and the ability to independently design, drive, and close complex projects. Thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic outcomes will be key to success in this role. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation projects in BI, Data, and AI-enabled reporting solutions. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, business cases, and project/work plans. - Define and track KPIs/OKRs, and present progress to stakeholders and senior leadership. - Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. - Build effective stakeholder management and governance plans. - Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates. - Champion continuous improvement in project delivery practices and methodologies. Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience managing complex data, analytics, or AI-driven projects. - Demonstrated success in end-to-end program management. - PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory. - MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior executives. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
