Job Summary:

Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.
  
• Lead feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical due diligence.
  
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  

2. Design & Engineering Coordination:

• Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and process engineers.
  
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory design requirements (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards).
  
• Review and approve design drawings and technical documentation.
  

3. Procurement & Contracts:

• Support the client in preparing RFPs, evaluating bids, and appointing contractors/vendors.
  
• Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of critical equipment (e.g., processing lines, utilities, packaging systems).
  

4. Execution & Construction Management:

• Oversee site mobilization, civil & structural works, MEP services, utility installation, and process equipment commissioning.
  
• Lead site coordination meetings, monitor progress, and resolve issues on-ground.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  

5. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:

• Serve as the single point of contact between client and project teams.
  
• Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and MIS reports.
  
• Manage change control, scope deviations, and project close-out documentation.
  

6. Commissioning & Handover:

• Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  
• Ensure timely handover of the fully operational F&B plant to the client.
