Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage civil and interior works projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and identify potential issues for proactive resolution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any discrepancies or concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-9 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (civil & interiors).
Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
Proven track record of handling corporate interiors fit out EPC projects.
Strong understanding of interior works and civil aspects of construction projects.
