Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and close-out of PEB industrial projects.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving solutions to mitigate risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and client requirements.

2. Project Coordination & Oversight:

• Coordinate and oversee the work of internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that milestones are achieved as per project timelines.

• Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication across teams.

• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for all stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder Management & Client Relations:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are being met at all stages of the project.

• Resolve project-related issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

4. Cost Control & Budget Management:

• Oversee the project budget, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.

• Provide regular financial reports to the senior management team, including forecasting and cost variance analysis.

• Approve procurement orders, manage vendor contracts, and ensure timely payments are made.

5. Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify potential risks (technical, financial, regulatory, or environmental) early in the project and take proactive measures to mitigate them.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

6. Project Documentation & Reporting:

• Ensure that all project documentation (contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, etc.) is properly managed and updated.

• Produce and deliver regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Monitor changes in the project scope and ensure that they are documented and approved.

7. Quality Assurance & Control:

• Supervise quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets the required standards, specifications, and codes.

• Collaborate with the quality control teams to conduct inspections, audits, and testing.

• Ensure the PEB structure and components comply with design and engineering specifications.

8. Team Leadership & Development:

• Mentor and manage junior project coordinators and other team members.

• Provide guidance and training on project management processes and procedures.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment focused on achieving project goals.

9. Project Close-Out & Handover:

• Oversee the completion of the project, ensuring all deliverables are met.

• Ensure all project documentation is finalized and handed over to the client.

• Manage the post-project review process, ensuring lessons learned are documented for future projects.
