Senior Project Associate

Role Overview: As a Sr. Project Associate at Indegene, your role will involve understanding project scope, goals, and deliverables. You will be responsible for effectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders, planning project timelines and milestones, and identifying and resolving issues within the project team. Additionally, you will develop progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation, and define project success criteria. Your role will also include conducting project post-mortems, developing best practices for project execution, and managing project tools. Key Responsibilities: - Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables of the Project. - Communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties. - Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports. - Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Qualifications Required: - Must have a degree in any field with around 6+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in Web/digital based projects. - Proficiency in Project Management tools and MS Office. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Passion for networking and staying updated with the latest technology developments. - Ability to conduct research into project-related issues and products. - Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage. - Strong expertise in MS Excel is a must.
