Senior Project Architect

As the Senior Project Architect at Resonate Designs, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end design process for high-end residential architecture and interior projects. Your responsibilities will include leading concept and detailed design, translating client briefs into compelling spatial narratives and material palettes, reviewing and elevating design work from junior and mid-level team members, and innovating in aesthetics, form, and function while maintaining feasibility. You will mentor and manage a team of architects and designers, ensuring high-quality output across drawings, presentations, and site deliverables. It will be your responsibility to drive project timelines, conduct periodic check-ins, and maintain design integrity during execution. Additionally, you will act as the design lead in client meetings, confidently communicate design rationales and material choices, and build lasting client relationships through clarity, responsiveness, and creativity. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, along with 8 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors, with at least 4 years in luxury residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and either InDesign or PowerPoint is required, and knowledge of Revit is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the ability to produce mood boards, detailed drawings, and client-ready presentations.
