As a Procurement & Billing Engineer at Reneev Developers, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and billing operations for high-end residential projects in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve close coordination with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow, cost efficiency, and accurate billing aligned with project milestones. Your key responsibilities will include identifying material and service requirements, negotiating and procuring materials and services at optimal cost, issuing and managing Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating approvals, and tracking delivery schedules. You will also liaise with site teams and the planning department for Material Requirement Planning (MRP), maintain a strong local vendor network, monitor stock levels, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure procurement practices comply with internal standards and statutory norms. In terms of billing and costing, you will prepare and validate contractor/vendor bills, coordinate with site engineers and PMC for measurement checks and bill certification, ensure quantity accuracy, rate compliance, and GST adherence, raise client invoices, reconcile site stock and material usage, maintain billing documentation for audits, and track project costs for cost-to-completion forecasting. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering and have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate procurement and billing (developer experience preferred). You should have strong knowledge of BOQs, GFCs, construction materials, and GST billing norms, proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and billing software, familiarity with vendor operations, rates, and construction practices in Gujarat, as well as soft skills such as attention to detail, effective communication, vendor negotiation skills, documentation proficiency, and a collaborative mindset.
