Senior Project/ Application Enginer (Schneider EBO, Ecostructure, BMS,

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer with strong expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS), and Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO). The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning of EBO systems, Direct Digital Controllers (DDC),Energy Management System EMS) and PME Power Monitoring Systems.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality automation and building management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement EcoStruxure Building Operation-based BMS architectures.
• Develop, program, and configure control logic for DDC systems.
• Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire safety, security, and other building services into the BMS platform.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning for optimal performance.
• Maintain technical documentation (drawings, schematics, manuals).
• Provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams for on-time delivery.
• Conduct end-user training and ensure smooth handover.
• Work on multi-vendor BMS system integration for efficiency and interoperability.
• Apply Energy Management System (EMS) knowledge for sustainable operations.
• Oversee large-scale infrastructure/commercial project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 6–8 years of proven experience in Schneider BMS, DDC programming.
• Hands-on expertise in Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation platforms and controllers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC logic, DDC systems, and field instrumentation.
• Familiarity with SCADA, networking, and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for projects
