Role & responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact

You deal comprehensively with the automated systems on offshore platforms / Chemical Platforms / Utilities to implement interfaces and complete solutions.
Hand-on experience with PCS7, WinCC and Step 7, TIA portal.
Has performed Automation node / HMI programming for at least five Oil & Gas / Marine / relevant automation projects using the above tools.
Experience with Nordic SOGO library would be added advantage.
Experience with Upgrade / Migration of DCS projects is desirable.
Coordinate with Factory / System house / Vendor for Automation Cabinet Manufacturing, Staging & Testing.
Travelling to Siemens Energy customer sites for longer durations would be part of this role. (Domestic as well as International)

Preferred candidate profile

You are a graduate in Instrumentation, Electrical or Automation Engineering with consistent track record and relevant experience of 5 to 10 years in Automation Engineering.
Knowledge of C++, C#, VB Scripting, Database Management would be added advantage.
Good communication skills, uency in English. (Written and oral)
Good Team Player & can communicate with Siemens Energy Global Regional Offices.
