Responsibilities

1. Strategize, implement, and oversee transformation initiatives aligned with client and organizational objectives.

2. Lead large digital programs involving automation, RPA, AI/GenAI, CX tools, and process orchestration.

3. Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to improve end-to-end operations.

4. Drive regular project meetings and ensure closure of all program milestones.

5. Manage quality control, stakeholder communication, UAT, and post-deployment hypercare support.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of leadership experience in program management roles, with 14+ years overall.

2. Strong exposure to digital transformation in telecom order management and front-office processes.

3. Expertise in tools like Genesys, SFDC, ServiceNow, RPA, and other CX/AI platforms.

4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

5. PMP certification and knowledge of emerging tech (AI/GenAI) will be an added advantage.

6. Experience from Finance, Accounting, Contact Centre (BPO) domain.
