Job Summary

Shift Executive – Shift Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations in assigned shift
Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency KPIs are achieved.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and planning teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate immediate troubleshooting.
Enforce compliance with L’Oral’s safety, hygiene, GMP, and 5S standards.
Conduct daily shift briefings, allocate tasks, and manage workforce attendance.
Maintain accurate documentation of shift reports, downtime logs, and production data.
Train and coach line operators and technicians for continuous improvement.
Ensure material availability and proper utilization of resources.
Support audits and continuous improvement projects (LEAN, TPM, Kaizen).

Key Requirements

Shift Flexibility:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Language:
Proficiency in English; local language preferred.
