Senior Production Engineer

The company Endeavour Instrument Pvt. Ltd., located in Changodar, Ahmedabad, is currently seeking a Production Engineer with experience in the Crane Industry. As a Manufacturer of EOT & Gantry Cranes, the company offers a salary of up to 50,000/month (CTC) and has an immediate requirement for this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Diploma or B.E. degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, with 2 to 15 years of experience in production/fabrication/assembly of cranes. Only candidates with experience in EOT/Gantry crane manufacturing are encouraged to apply. As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include supervising daily crane fabrication & assembly activities, monitoring production progress to ensure timely delivery, coordinating with design, QC, and purchase teams, checking drawings, welding, machining, fitting & alignment, maintaining daily production reports and manpower planning, and resolving shop-floor issues while supporting load testing & dispatch. The skills required for this role include an understanding of EOT/Gantry crane structure, components & assembly, the ability to read fabrication & mechanical drawings, knowledge of welding, cutting, machining & crane accessories, basic MS Office & production planning knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills with the shop-floor team.
