Role Responsibilities Independently manage and resolve complex business queries for live projects, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Document and optimize support processes, contributing to the team's knowledge base and driving improvements. Lead business knowledge transfer sessions to mentor junior team members and foster their professional development. Collaborate with DevOps and other internal teams to automate critical business checks and enhance monitoring systems. Take a leading role in Go-live project executions, ensuring successful deployments and thorough post-deployment monitoring. Develop advanced SQL scripts and automation tools to resolve production issues and improve system efficiency. Monitor production systems, identify trends and potential issues, and proactively implement effective solutions. Required Skills 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support or related roles. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Unix, and Python, with experience supporting microservices and messaging middleware such as MQ or Kafka. Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure production environments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate effectively with clients.
