Description
As a Senior Product Manager - User Experience & Interface Design at INVIDI Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading the cross-functional product and design teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the vision, roadmap, and user experience for the INVIDI Product Suite, ensuring the delivery of high-impact, customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to foster a strong product culture and deliver exceptional user experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for user-facing features and interfaces. - Drive the product vision and UX strategy in collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders. - Lead discovery processes including user research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for improving user experience. - Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on usability and interface design. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design execution aligns with user needs and product goals. - Prioritize features and enhancements based on user impact, ROI, and alignment with overall strategy. - Advocate for best practices in UX/UI across the product development process. - Measure and iterate on the user experience through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and user feedback. - Create new interface designs with intuitive user experiences. - Collaborate with various departments to refine requirements and ensure intuitive and accessible design outcomes. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Create and maintain style guides and UI pattern definitions. - Design and create screen layouts, interaction flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other interaction design artifacts as necessary. **Product Strategy & Leadership:** - Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmaps across multiple product lines. - Translate company goals into actionable product plans and measurable outcomes. - Partner with executive leadership to align product efforts with business priorities. **Team Leadership & Development:** - Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers and UX designers. - Foster a high-performance, user-first culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement. - Build capabilities in product discovery, delivery, experimentation, and design thinking. **Execution & Delivery:** - Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products that meet user needs and business goals. - Establish strong product development processes, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics. - Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to ensure seamless execution. **Customer & Market Insight:** - Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand needs and pain points. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in User Experience or a related design or engineering field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 7-10 years of UX/UI design or related work, with experience in cloud deployments, responsive web, and mobile apps. - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience in Agile development environment and Cloud-deployed SaaS architectures. - Strong analytical skills, familiarity with metrics-driven product development, and Agile methodologies. - Experience in establishing best usability practices and championing them. **Additional Details:** INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal. **Note:** Candidate must be legally authorized to work in India.
