Senior Product Manager

The company has successfully raised USD 5.5mn+ from prominent global investors to drive innovation and expansion. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific product (Flight / Hotel / Holiday, etc.) and driving Business KPIs such as GMV, Revenue, Growth, and Retention. To succeed in this role, you should act as the CEO of the product, collaborate with various teams, understand consumer and business needs, prioritize effectively using data, and be involved in hands-on execution with tech, business, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will: - Enjoy direct interaction with customers for feedback, sales, and account management - Be adept at prioritizing tasks based on data and customer interactions - Collaborate with designers and create detailed product documentation and user stories - Have a keen interest in improving business acumen and driving projects from ideation to execution This role is not suitable for individuals who are not enthusiastic about working closely with tech and business teams, seeking a strategic role, or uncomfortable with long working hours, including Saturdays. The office is located in Connaught Place, Delhi, and the work timings are from 9.30 am until the work is completed, typically requiring 10-12 hours per day due to the high pace environment of a startup.,
